Meliza Haradinaj- After reading the statements from all relevant actors in Kosovo (US, President, PM), this is what I think: Today’s failure of the recall process to remove the current mayors of Kosovo’s northern municipalities is attributable first and foremost to #Serbia’s illegal meddling & threatening of Serbs in #Kosovo, and also to all those that (intentionally) neglected @srpskalista’s factual criminal power in the north:
1. The West that failed to hold #Serbia accountable for its terrorist aggression in #Banjskë via @srpskalista (today still unsanctioned, unaffected EU-integration journey, intact PfP membership, upper-hand in EU facilitated dialogue);
2. #Kosovo judicial system that has not yet issued an indictment against criminal #Radojcic nor his@srpskalista colleagues (7 months post-Banjskë), and for not-yet designating Lista Srpska as a criminal organization;
3. The KS institutions that ‘rewarded’@srpskalista’s criminality by financing it shortly after #Banjskë aggression & revalidating this criminal organization as a political party (via Central Election Committee with 360k € & Parliament 250k €).
