Mickoski counts on Trump’s possible victory, while VLEN surrenders!

By Selim Ibraimi- A month ago, Macedonian Prime Minister Hristjan Mickoski said that nothing can be done by dictate. Now the number of 80 deputies to approve the constitutional changes is not in question. Mickoski hopes that with the possible victory of Donald Trump, and lobbying in Congress, the State Department, and outside DC, e.g. with Richard Grenell (in the last two meetings), by pressuring the official Sofia by possible Tramp administration, Bulgaria will agree to a new framework. Chances are small that there will be constitutional changes this year. Silently Miskoski believes that the year 2025 is the time when Bulgaria should be defeated. VLEN, which consists of several Albanian parties that are now part of Mickoski’s government, has suggested another line that official Sofia has currently rejected. Recently, VLEN also agreed with Miskoski’s policy regarding constitutional changes. Some time ago, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski’s meeting with financial representatives from the U.S. was a sign that the Prime Minister counts a lot on Trump’s victory. All American corporations that he had a meeting with their executives are global actors in digitization and supporters of Trump. Mickoski, despite the political infighting, and the friction with Sofia and Athens, will have great support in Washington, D.C. from right-wing interest groups, and the current and future administration.
