From the general point of view, I notice that the nations of the world are characterized by a rich vocabulary and others, by weak vocabulary. The nations of the world face the risk of linguistic assimilation due to the weakness in the level of education invested in their mother tongue. Even though, digital technology can save us from decrease, the need to communicate with people in their preferred-privileged language, is a time-honored imperative.
Until the polarized world of the last century, has knew (recognized) the French language for dialogue between the capitalist and socialist worlds, now it is the English language that has more access to the Internet and international organizations. The United Nations organization has had the task of translating hundreds of language dialects, with ‘cuts’ from time to time, year to year.
The chronology of the development of computers from the last century, superimposed the English language as the basis for maneuvering its programs, and the games for children are interpreted in the Anglo-American language which has significant turn. Consequently, future generations will be absorbing the primary language for communication, which is a service of the current internet.
The only competing country from the communist world that tries to create the microchip is China. She tries to preserve her language through the Internet but with a limitation of linguistic inclusion. China is a confident potential that needs to preserve its linguistic prestige in the difficult way. I note that the world that includes three decades of transition in politics and economy, is coming with generations of cultural diversity influenced by the economic situation and missed cultural events in their resident state.
It is clear that now the Anglo-American language dominates the world and every migrant in order to find a job in his profession must have knowledge of the Anglo-American language. Migrants who are learning English and a second official language as required, they manage to survive in the process of work and public life. Others are seasonal or illegal migrants who find it difficult to immediately learn the resident language, therefore they are forced to live isolated from public services.
From the public isolation, the phenomena of the past centuries can be presented in our decade such as: slavery at work, life without health services and illegal vertical hierarchy of leadership by resident and non-resident, which has no scientific basis of functionality but is served through corruption, tax concealment, technical measures for abuse at work.
Also appoints of the second-ranking personnel to contact migrants, who know Russian, and their mother tongue is a way included in nonformal communication. It should be noticed that, in the last century the Soviet Union has limited the Asian peoples (states of union), in terms of education through the youth by using the Russian language as obligatory.
Migrants or citizens of the European Union as a former resident of the Soviet Union use the Russian language to understand at a low level in a manufacturing company in the developed states. For that, this nonformal hierarchy which work visa limitations, brings negative phenomena to deceive the payment of work for seasonal workers.
The imperative of the transition time is the Anglo-American language since the digital world is based to a large extension, on our language as a carrier of international progress.
The time of information is living between us, but the centric communication is approaching fast or will embrace next young!
