The year of shock for the EU. An arms race coming to the Balkans?

War and peace, how state security must be preserved in multi dimensional world, where non-state actors play an important role in shaping policies and strategies of government. International conflicts and war on terrorism has change the way, how we think on daily bases.

In this case war impact how our representatives and leaders think and judge on decision making process. Year 2016, will be cover by rivalries and competition of World Powers in Eurasian landscape. The Balkans also will be part of the geostrategic shake up. The EU may face structural changes and, in the Balkans  an arms race could be part of military build up and competition between the U.S. and Russia.
