The Founder of Center for Security Studies and Development -Macedonia (CSSD), Selim Ibraimi was a special guest on “Diplomaticus”, a specialized edition for international affairs, Tirana, Albania. The host and the editor of the “Diplomaticus ” is the well known journalist Erion Kacorri. The main theme of the interview, was the Russain policies in the Balkans and military adventures of Moscow.
