Note by Selim Ibraimi CEO@CSSDMacedonia-

While Prime Minister Zoran Zaev is trying, together with the Justice Ministry, to secure votes on changes to the SPO law on behalf of the state’s interest and to continue amnesty according to the daily politics and coalition interests, indeed his coalition is putting a blacks holes over its governance ahead of the European election and options for EC to start talks with Northern Macedonia. With this government and amnesty that began with VMRO MPs, ahead of ratification of Prespa Agreement and is continuing with the SPO, the government and its partners are giving a bad example of rule of law, corruption and of course that the selective justice in N. Macedonia will continue to be part of the politics- fueling inter-ethnic and civic frustration.
